Not always...and there was a Supreme Court decision on a deadly weapon finding sometime around 1986 or so that said so...the final of three prongs on why the weapon (pistol) was a deadly weapon was something to the effect that it could also be used to beat someone into submission.
I remember picking it as a case to brief for a class precisely because it was all of about three or four pages in length...it has only been in the years since that I have become fond of a more lengthy writing style

Dear me....didn't even know that stuff was there. Now there's gonna be a whole different reason to pull my attention from my work. You guys are absolutely mean to put something like this on your website. I mean come on...I absolutely SUCK at this and it makes me play more just so I don't leave such a terrible score on the board. *hanging head in shame*

It had to be taken down for a few days but the Arcade is now back and open for business. Shoot the Mother Efer used to be called Shoot the Collector though....
