How To Be Frivolous In Court
After reading the unpublished opinion sent down today by the 4th, I just HAD to go look up the other cases. I have not stopped laughing although these don't top the case Centex posted a few weeks ago as the 4th's judges don't seem to be quite as jovial or of the inclination to be humorous. These are textbook cases of how to file frivolous lawsuits and piss off the Court.

Wells Fargo wasn't the only one he sued. I have looked under his name only and he has filed over 40 suits that I have found. I sure wouldn't want to be a judge in any court in his area.
