Supreme Court Turns Down State Tax Cases

hehehe...

From Law.com: Seems West Virginia can still tax those out of state credit card companies and debt collectors if they do business with West Virginia residents. Gotta love the Supremes!

Love those Supremes all you want, but wait until some other companies stop shipping stuff to you 'cause they don't want to pay taxes in the WV.

You will be banished to the internet in Ohio.

And then all of those poor souls in Ohio will find themselves incapable of accessing debtorbabble as they will find their IP was banned for no apparent reason...

You have to shop for clothes either via the internet or in Ohio or PA anyhow unless your style is Walmart chic.

What's wrong with Walmart chic? I have a lot of that.

No like Jaclyn. Actually I don't think I have ever bought any clothes at K-mart.

I like Liz Baker, Worthington, Cabin Creek, Land's End, Eddie Bauer, Levi's, Liz Claiborne, Alfred Dunner, Lee, Jones NY, and (I know I know) Hanes sweats. I do so love to lounge in Hanes sweats!

In shoes I love Bass, New Balance, Birkenstock, Columbia, Clarks, and Earth boots. Worthington dress flats.

See?! Nothing too expensive and nothing excessively cheap and likely to fall apart at first washing or wearing.
Carol or Nikki Wior swimwear. That's a must! I buy Columbia or Cabela's coats and London Fog raincoats. I like to shop online or out of catalogs. I do have a Gucci handbag and a pair of Gucci ballet flats. Does that make me a clothing snob?

DH prefers everything to come from Cabela's, Columbia, Eddie Bauer, or Carhartt. I do buy Hanes "stuff" at Walmart or from onehanesplace website for the entire family.
