Pants Decision In!!!

D.C. Superior Court Judge Judith Bartnoff this morning said that Administrative Law Judge Roy Pearson deserves not a penny of the $67 million that he demanded for his pants and awarded the Chungs the costs of the case. See this at Yahoo and this blog for the details.

They got all their costs but the judge has reserved the question of attorneys fees for later this week. More, I am sure to come.
