this is a general question

Does anyone know how I could find laws regarding fees imposed for water consumption during drought? There might not be such of a law, I don't even know where to begin looking. I might check Alabama's water conservation and see if there is anything there. Any other ideas, let me know please. Thanks

TX is governed by the Public Utilities Commission. Maybe try googling something like that for Alabama. Either that, or call your local water department and ask.

Is it a governmental water company, or private?
