I like this idea. The NASDAQ did such a great job of regulating Enron and Worldcom that I am certain this will work. The honest, hard working collectors will fairly and honestly hear disputes from consumers and rule impartially.

We can even watch our favorite collectors on tv as they appear on NBCs TO CATCH A PREDATOR with Chris Hansen.

If anything does need to be resolved they can always use the National ARbitration Forum.
