They must get sued left and right. |

| Re: Apex Credit Services, LLC Sues Rip-Off-Report There is no such law as freedom of the press. However, there is the First Amendment.
But the First Amendment does not protect against slander.

| Re: Apex Credit Services, LLC Sues Rip-Off-Report They do have some protection under the Communication Decency Act but, they have taken steps that should absolve that immunity. In addition, the CDA does not provide immunity against extortion and in WV, certain code violations and intentional torts.
So, no, you cannot simply state Freedom speech. Moreover, defamation is not protected speech.
And, yes, they get sued all of the time.

| Re: Apex Credit Services, LLC Sues Rip-Off-Report I didnt see the rest of the posts........
What gets me about this, and Beth and the Snowman from the AOC fiasco, is that these posters appear by their writing style to be foreign. Nobody's grammar and spelling are that bad.
I wonder who is paying them to make these posts? I hope Apex finds out. |

| Re: Apex Credit Services, LLC Sues Rip-Off-Report I will find out and I can assure you that many people's spelling and syntax is just as poor in the U.S.

| Re: Apex Credit Services, LLC Sues Rip-Off-Report That's true, it is.
I went to a wedding a few weeks ago where the bride (whose family is responsible for most of the wedding) just got a master's degree. I found five mistakes in the program alone.
