| From what the article says, it sounds like he may have some sort of mental illness and that he was using drugs he got off the internet, so I don't disagree it's just the part about blowing up toilets......

| There is so much that goes on everywhere else. Here in my town, the big news is that there was a cow in the road on Robert's Ridge. Stopped traffic for over a hour! And a guy I know got caught growing $25,000 worth of pot on Bowman's Ridge.  No one here blows up toliets although we did have the mad telephone booth bomber a few years back...
