How about adding an Arbitration section to the Credit and Legal Issues area on the forum?

The problem with arbitration is that noone knows really how to attack NAF. It is almost a lost cause.
I have asked on many a board about what to do it one has NAF award plaintiff and noone with a confirmed answer. So I am struggling alone at this,working on how to get this award NOT affirmed to judgement.
If anyone has any experience please respond.
I am still TRYING to fight the good fight but they are like in LALA land for the plaintiff.

CarolinaBlueEyes (I think that's her name) over on CIC successfully fought off an arb using a lawyer.

Where is CIC, not familiar with it I don't think.Please show me the way.: )
Some people get a stay which is what I had and did not want, as you never know when it will be lifted and then sewer service happens...

Back again. Found the forum and the poster.
Seems she won because it was out of SOL, but I am reading more and there is a lot of good info on NAF there.
