| I am gomma like this forum Found another forum to spend some winter evening lurking around on. Been lurking and posting on CB for a short while. I like the flavor of this forum...seems to be a little more about law and debt. Thinking of doing a HIPAA on a couple of recent small med bills, but before making a move that may come back to bite me in the butt........lots of reading and questions to ask.

| Welcome to the site.
Watch out for thread jackers, and stay away from the arcade, it is addictive.
Nice to see another Texan. We will soon have a solid majority and will take control of the forum. |

That is the short version. | You have the right idea Samantha...I always tell people to read, read, read, and then read some more. Check out case law section and the AOC files. Lots of good stuff in both of those sections.

| Ready to get started Hi,
Been reading all the forums on credit repair, CN, CB, AoC. I did not know this was the replacement for Aoc. All these forums are great
and have a ton of info. If you cant get your credit straight after reading all the info on these forums you are not reading and searching for the correct info. Im going to retire soon and will be getting a lump sum payment from the company. I want to do settlements with most of my credit card ripoff companys. Im going to do it myself with your help. I will be asking alot of questions. |

| And also host to many of the members from AoC.
Ask away, but before you go settling, you need to realize that settling might not help your credit, and could even hurt it. Depends how old the accounts are and a few other things, so make sure you read and ask before even contacting the companies.

| HEY GANG I'M HOME Just found you guys. It's like the cousin you had growing up that you used to play with all the time and as time went by you lost touch. Years later you run into him/her and it feels like old times again..............Hope this makes sense, but anyway in real terms I'm glad I found some of you guys. I was an AOC addict and then after it "went away" I bounced around the typical sites we all visit and thought it was time for something new. Joined another board and got a tip from someone that most former AOC'ers are here. So, in a nutshell I'm here.
