Hi all, some may know my handle from that "other board." I'm Joining this board because it seems to have some teeth, that "other board" has degenerated into a fan board and is no real help anymore!

Thanks Hedwig, I've been reading over the case law forum. It is excellence incarnate. I'm also very pleased to see so much of the AOC material preserved.

It's a shame that so many of us are having to go to court to get our issues resolved! I myself am putting together a strategy for a complaint against Experian early in 2008, and possibly the other 2 of the "big 3." The information on this board will be a great help.

Just remember that we don't coddle anyone here. If you have a weak case or no case, we will point that out. We aren't a rah rah club here but do want to help you if we can. Sometimes it is just not possible and it's better to find out where your arguments are weak or nonexistent before you get into court.
