I am new to this whole credit thing. I'm in Florida and the laws here are actually decent from what I see.

I started down this path because Midland Credit Management sent me a threat for arbitration. I have just been trying to soak up information and read as many posts about JDB's as possible.

Welcome aboard and you're doing right because I tell everyone to read till you can't stand it anymore and then keep reading. Check out the AoC files as well for JDBs. Oh, and BTW...kick those shoes off and make yourself at home.
