I live,work and play in the moutains of the west coast..I have seen sunrises,sunsets most of you only experienced in a book or pictures.
11000 ft passes in the winter ,on the beach with sunrise over the ridge behind me glowing
on the breakers coming in...
I have been reading Roy Beans threads.
Quite frankly I'd rather come down a 20% grade
on warm,slick ice,no chains,bald tires,and two brakes inop than appear in court!
However the reality is I got served papers today.Ready or not here we go.
I will post more of my situation as I can..
It is not from being negligent that we are in deep doo. However our story to our creditors gets the deer in the head light look.
High fuel prices have definately caused us much pain and suffering.
The posts here are quite good and Roy Bean you give us all hope that we have a chance against these giants. Thank you
