These forums are the best thing since sliced bread was invented.
Have had a few credit card battles, learned my lesson.

Tips:
Save every scrap of paper, including envelopes.
If you need to tape a phone call from a CA, and do not have
a tape recorder, use the voice recorder function on your cell phone. ( make sure you get the whole thing ).
Trial version of sound recording software: Wavepad
(someone on another forum recommended this, looked good).
Use big envelopes to keep all paperwork in order.
If in fear or nervous, go to bed and sleep on it, everything looks different in the morning.
Read everything three times before you send it ( a lawyer told me that).
