Thanks Hannah, but the problem is I am not sure I DV'd in the timeframe, as the date on the letter is different then the enevople and I didn't catch that. While I can't find any prior written communications from them, this was an offer to settle.
As far as CMS, I did verbally tell them I dispute and have diputed this in the past on 5 different occasions. thats in my log book on calls and who I spoke with, that was within the 30 days. While I don't care at this point about CMS its Arrow I want they are the ones who keep giving this to the multiple CA's without valdiation. I DV'd Arrow within 30 days.
The more ca's they send it to the more violations but I only have 6 months left to do something thats why I am trying to get them to verify thier tradelines for a 3rd and final time. If that doesn't show willfully then I give up.
I have to go back and read again, but I don't think I have to DV in writing, but I do have to do a cease communications in writing. If I am wrong then its the Flying way I will have no option but to go that way, unless things work out differently.
