Ok guys I have been lurking around this thread for a week and really havent seen anyone give you guys much help so I decided to join. I am not here looking for business although I am a banker and this means that I get lower rates than banks and if you have bad credit I can do down to a 500 fico score and I also work hand in hand with a company that negotiates my borrowers debts for them and cleans their credit up through the loan. I also do loans in every state along with commercial loans. If you have any questions I will be happy to answer them. I am not asking you to use me. If you are going through another lender I am still here to help you make sure that you get the best deal that you can and understand what you are doing. I look forward to many more posts.

Well long term home owner in financial desperation. Fico scores low,equity there to remove negs on cr.. first,second,equity,still lower than pmts now...
Business failure with high fuel prices caused melt down. Wages wont pay debt quick enough for creditors.
fico around 500 + -..Any ideas would help...Brain dead with the whole thing...
