Quixote do you handle loans for comercial purposes?

If you do, how complicated and what are the requirements to qualify for a large loan, lets say $1500000.00

Wifey would like to get into comercial realstate, already have a building in mind that is rented to one tenanant 100 percent and the tenant is not going anywhere soon they have a 20 year lease and is a well established company.
