I haven't been around for awhile been busy and sick.

Just a quick update. I had to quit work in Dec and I applied for SSD, which I got in 2 months but it went to quality assurance so it took 4 months to get the answer.

I was able to refinance my house for 15 yrs at 5.25%-Didn't have to pay any bad debt. I had 50% equity in my home.

Those with bad credit but have equity or a down payment they could try the mortgage company I used.

It was Freedom mortgage. I can give you the name of the mortgage person I used just email or pm me. I should get email notification that way.
