"phantom" martgages on my credit report?

I have 2 "mortgages" showing on my credit report from when we refinanced our home on 2 seperate ocessions. One is the bank we worked with to do the refinace so I could afford to go back to school. They immediatly sold the loan (like they said they would) so there is no payment history or anything other than them showing the origination date and a paid in full less than 30 days later. The other is a similar situation but I don't recognize the company. Do these affect my credit score in any way? Should I ask to have them removed from my reports?

Are they showing as being paid off? If so, I'd leave them alone.
