Ran across this and did not know it was illegal for telemarketers to call with a recording. Maybe I read it wrong.

I have one that has been calling me with a recorder on my cell phone. Twice in a week.

with it being a cell phone it's a double whammy. The only problem is finding out who it is calling. Nowadays, telemarketers come up as "private" or "unknown caller" on the caller id

Both numbers showed in this case "surprising" I tried calling them number back and I got the unavailable number message from the operator. I did not bother researching who they belong to. I will post them here later today.
