Mortgage company continues to call her on the mobile phone, although she has requested several times that they stop calling her. Where can she file a complaint against this company, she is not interested on suing, she wants the calls to stop.

Have her file a compliant with the FL Public Service Comm. and tell the company she is doing it too.
