I've transferred balances from credit cards to new credit cards for lower interest rates. Should close the old accounts? Will that help my credit rating. These are business accounts.

Business accounts or credit lines are not reported on your personal credit file, unless you fail to meet your obligations "stop paying". So closing business accounts will not have an impact on your credit file what so ever.
