how do i get business credit for my business even if me persoanl score is poor?

me and my freind have a small business and we need cash credit to open the business my credit is poor and he dont have any credit at all what lenders or banks can help us out we haver a franchising company that would buy and sell franchises and we also want to open some restarunts,store ,ect and also want to get in real estate who can help us out with all of this
