I work with a mortgage company that gives cash out equity loans regardless of bad credit. If you have equity in your home, you could try that. message me for the info.

where are you located 1st?
If your in the states can you prove you have worked 2 straight years?
Do you have any type of collaterail?

In this market no one will loan you money with that score.
UNLESS: you have equity in your home and you loan to value ratio is 60% .......otherwise known as HARD MONEY LOANS
