Well, that depends on how much you spend in various categories and how much you fly. One of my favorites is the AmEx Blue Sky card because it earns a guaranteed 1.33% on all spending ($100 for every $7500 you spend). And the earnings can be used on any airline, any vehicle renter, any hotel, etc.

If you're open to cash back (which can be used for tickets of course), then other great credit cards open up like AmEx Blue Cash and Chase Freedom.

To see what rewards card will pay you the most for your normal spending, you can use this rewards calculator:
http://www.creditcardtuneup.com/

That calculator converts all reward currencies (miles, points, cash) into dollars for an apples-to-apples comparison.

Just look on the website for the airline you want, they list the cards.

Most credit cards that give mileage manage by bank like BOA, Citibank.. etc.. credit cards such as USairways, American airlines, Hawaiian airlines, Asiana airlines, Mexicana airlines, Alaska airlines, Delta skymiles, Continental airlines.. all have credit cards. However, you have to pay an annual fee to get mileage typically between $75-90
