I have an empty apartment and really would like to buy everything (furniture) at one time. I was thinking of getting a credit card at one of those big furniture places, but don't know what your credit has to be to even qualify. Does anyone have any idea?

You do not need one. Furniture stores also take regular credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, etc.

Just go there and apply. You only need five to 10 minutes to find if you were approved. Go to Sears furniture.

it depends were u go some will ask you for a deposit if your credit is not all that but expensive furniture stores that use banks as their credit lenders will go by your credit score. its probably best that you go to one that has their own finance company if your credit is not all that and work with them with a down payment.
