Is there a way to determine when the Creditcard Company will be willing to accept 50% or less? I mean its charged off, and everything, and I am also looking for a formula or some website which will give me that info.

I know it depends on amount and the Age of debt. I am wondering should. some of them have asked to settle for 40% but some are only accepting 60-65% some may go lower also...
