People do this all the time, you get a subprime card with all those fees associated and then use the card pushing your amount up to the max and then they hit you with the fees you agreed to pay them when you opened the card.
If you look at your agreement it will show Imagine will nail you with all kinds of fees, then once you use the card hit you with overlimits etc pushing you well above the amount.
This is kill your credit score, I would suggest that you call them and get something from them to make arrangements to pay them or it will tank your score.
You wont be able to fight them off much because like FP, Orchard, Aspire and all those you knew the charges and fees they were going to hit with you before you used the card.
I would do whatever I could to get them happy and make some huge payments to get it down below the real credit limit.
They will be a nightmare for you if you do not.
Sorry, but these CC companies eat people alive with fees and hope you mess up so they can get more $$ from you.
Work with them.
