I just received a credit card offer from Salute Visa?? Is this a "good" credit card?? The annual percentage rate is 29.99% They are offering me a 500.00 dollar limit! I only have one credit card that is basically paid off!!
The annual fee is $85.00..and it is deducted from the availabe balance!!

The only reason to go with this card would be if needed it for credit building and it was the only one you were approved for.

That's horrible. Most states have a limit of 25%. Throw it out - shred it - do whatever you need to do to NOT apply for that one.
