Credit card not earning points as promised. Can I do anything?

I signed up for a credit card when I was on a cruise. I was supposed to earn points towards my next cruise with each purchase. The card was originally with MNBA. Then I got a new one (same account) from Bank of America. There's nothing on the card website about points accumulating and nothing in the statements. I emailed customer service and they had no info on that. Should I contact the cruise line? Is there anything to do or should I just cancel it?

i used to sell credit cards. theres probly something in the fine print that they didnt tell you like if you spend 2000+ on your card and pay it off in 2mo. or less in 4 even payments you get points or some b.s. like that. the best thing to do would be cancel the card. i have alot of expieriance with credit cards and most of them tell you one thing and then void it in the fine print. a card saleman will basicly tell you anything to get you to sign on. most work off of sales so every one who buys it is more money they get. you got screwed. the only thing you can do now is remember not to make the same mistake in the future.
