How do I get my first credit card at age 30?
This question pertains to my sister actually who is 30 and has never had a credit card. She recently graduated with a BA so she is no longer a student and she is currently unemployed so there is no employer. She does have access to finances i.e. my parents, disability checks (she's deaf) etc. Would she be able to get a credit card here in Canada even if a small limit? Im currently 21, a student with no job but I have a gold Visa and a Mastercard, totalling almost 20k in credit limit so I dont see why its so hard for her to get one. Any tips?
