credit card payment rules?
what happens if you cannot pay the full balance of the credit card which is due, but pay 12 to 13 times more than the minimum payment amount thats required. For example, the credit card bill is $500, but you pay $193 by the date that payment is due and the minimum payment due is $15. Will the credit card company report to collection agency?

As long as you pay the minimum payment or more, no, the credit card company will not report you to a collection agency - they will just charge you interest on the remaining balance.

No of course not. The only obligation you have is to pay the minimum. If you are in the habit of paying off the total balance each month then you should stick to that habit. It's the best way to build credit and stay debt free. They won't ever report to the credit bureau unless you don't pay the minimum. Every six month they will send the bureau a report that should state, "Pays as Agreed". If you stay on top of your payments, this can only help you. Just pretend that they want more than the minimum. They don't because they want you to pay interest. If you have a credit line of 1k and you max it. If you pay just the minimum, you'll be paying the balance for several years at a total of about 3-4k. This is how they make their money. It's hard for people to pay the bill off every month, which if you do, you'll never pay interest on your purchases, but have a spotless credit report and purchasing power with a 25 day grace period. Good luck to you. Continue your routine.

Yes. They report every payment. As long as you pay AT LEAST the minimum, and you do so on time, they will be reporting POSITIVE information to the credit bureau.
It is a great idea to always strive to pay it off every month, but as long as you make the required paymnet, your credit improve.

always pay well before the date, preferably online
as the CC companies have changed the rules
and universal default is the new rule
in that they can say you were late in one payment ( even if you made it by the due date ) as it's not when they received the payment, but when it was PROCESSED, miss one payment and you can go into universal default ( 29.99% ) rate, and worse one reported as universal default, other loans ( CC or auto ) can and will also go into universal default on the theory that you are now a credit risk and other creditors fear they will lose out on their unsecured debt. of course you credit score will also be hit hard because of this.
always pay more than min due
at least 1/3 to 1/2 the debt
your credit report will reflect positive payments but will also reflect how much debt you owe
