Can you exchange your money for a Paypal Card/Credit Card Prepaid at Kroger's?

I want to purchase things off of Ebay, but most people do not accept money, and Kroger is the only place that I know of that does those kind of exchanges. Does anyone know the kinds of monetary exchanges they do?

They probably charge a small fee. Its like purchasing a gift card. I cant imagine the being more than $2 or 3 bucks.

You should be able to purchase a prepaid Visa/MC debit card and attach to a PayPal account or use it to pay any merchant that accepts credit cards.

I have to admit though, I'm not 100% sure of what you are asking ...........
