hi i live in katmandu nepal, in nepali still there is not e-commerce facility, i want to open paypal account to collect donation from my web site , how can i open it , please kindly suggest me ? or is there any other way charitable person can donate me using their credit card & it can receive in my bank account?

You do not need a credit card to sign up for Paypal. You just need to go to http://www.paypal.com and sign up. You will have to enter your banking details and they will take the money out of your bank account. They will make 2 small donations into your bank account for clarification purposes and you will have to go through the process of entering the amounts in.
