I need to rebuild my credit so I am looking for a credit card that I could get approved with no matter what my credit score is. I know there are some out there but the few that i have found are $200 to start so i am looking for one that is less than that. Any ideas?

Use a debit card.
Build an emergency fund

Once you pay your bills and follow a program such as this you won't need to use debt.
