i have no credit and i am trying to apply for a credit card with no annual fee and a spending limit of 1000.00 can anyone help me??

start with a gas station credit card to establish credit. you may first have to go to a bank where you have a savings account and open a passbook acct to establish credit just to open the gas station card. once credit is established, the balances that you need will come about. Co's are not prone to just "lend money" if the lendee has no history of payback. unless they charge you an arm and a leg. in which case it is harder to repay.good luck.
