I have a problem with my CHASE credit card interest rate going UP!!?
I have a Chase credit card and the interest rate was around 13% Fixed or so I thought.......now well, for no good reason they have raised the rate to 27%....I spoke with a supervisor and he said there is NOTHING he can do about it and I should have received a notification back in May or June stating that the rate was going up and that I had the opportunity to OPT out of the high rate. But, for some reason I don't remember getting this letter. Is there anything I can do or anyone I can write to dispute this? The supervisor said there is absolutely NOTHING he could do or NOTHING anyone else can do to lower my rate back down. Please let me know. I just feel like there is someone I can talk to or someone I can write to...there HAS to be!
