Credit Card number?

Hi,
My teenage son has recently bought some stuff via internet.
But he doesn't have Credit card. He told me that he randomly entered a Credit card number and it did work.
I am wondering what consequences this may have?
May be the card owner is in a different country.
How can I give his/her Money back?

Thank you.

Your son is lying to you. He either has a stolen card or used your card. Credit card fraud is serious, besides if he used your computer and your address for the purchase, guess who will be responsible. It could be very expensive to defend yourself (you will defiantly need a lawyer) if you or he gets arrested.

Ouch if thats true then he must be very smart. He would have to guess the number plus the exp date and sometimes the other 3 digit number. I think he probably found someones credit card or used yours. If he did guess it then the person whos card it was will be able to track him down and he will have to pay it back.
