i have no loan, is it advisible to get the 10,000 from this card (via balance transfer) and invest in my saving account which is paying 4.5% annual till i have the facility of 0.9% balance transfer facility.

You'll have to do the math, but you need to consider the fact that the 0.9% interest is COMPOUND interest. That means that every month, the interest you owe is rolled into the principle, and the following month you will pay interest on it. Not to mention any transfer fees you might have. Maxing out a credit card will also gravely affect your credit rating. Never use your card unless you have to, then pay it off every month.

I wouldn't do it, what if you need to use the credit card at some point? Besides, what you're talking about isn't really a balance transfer, and the credit card company is going to know that when the process it, so they're not going to honor it that way, they're going to call it a cash advance and most likely charge you a higher rate.
