And is Aspen still open to apply to?

Funny you're asking that because I was approved for a Tribute card and then one for Aspen and they're both the same company, but I have two separate account numbers so I have two separate credit cards. Just make sure you pay the minumum (or more if you can afford to) monthy payments and not go over your limit and in 3-6 months, you'll get a credit limit and they will report this to the credit bureaus. It's working fine for me. Good luck.

orchard bank and providian are the same as well. They probably have a couple other names as well. I beleive you can still apply to Aspen if not they will probably just offer you one of the other cards.
