Either talk with them and negotiate a payment plan you can afford, or try this website for debt management. Just bear in mind, if this is the only credit you have, you don't want to make it worse. Also, if you use this debt management, they will be able to negotiate a rate with your card company at a payment you can afford for 5 yrs but your card will be closed.

The best thing you can do is answer the phone, thay will keep calling... they may also empty any balances you've got in your bank account, it's called the right to offset. i would answer the phone and do the best you can to make payment arrangements. Good luck!

You need to send them a letter with a cease and desist clause.

DO NOT talk to them they will only harass you more!

Tell them that any future communication must be in writing.

According to the debt collection laws they have to comply. But know that this will still be affecting your credit score and eventually you'll have to deal with it.
