Student credit card documentation?

I'm a college student and I applied for a Citibank student credit card, they sent me an email saying that I have to provide a student ID, a tuition bill, a utility bill, and a phone bill. I can do all of them except the utility bill. I don't pay any utilities. What should I do about this bill?

Call them and talk to them about it. Ask if you can sub the utility bill for another one. More than likely they are just trying to verify your ID. Just be honest.
