i have a paypal account but i have bad credit so i have no credit cards so i can not withdrawl my funds from paypal.. if i buy a prepay credit card can i use it with paypal?? will it let me withdrawl?? can it be used as a regular card???

Ranger doesnt know what he is talking about...AccountNow does issue the cards for free, but they have fees LIKE ALL PREPAID CARDS.

Dont "buy" a prepaid card! Get it for free! I use AccountNow prepaid mastercard and it works well with paypal ( I have an account with them as well) The best thing is that you are not hit with any overdraft fees because you cant spend anything that you dont have! It also works with direct deposit!

Rushcard prepaid Visa card is another card that works well with paypal. They may have more fees than accountnow, but here is their website.

They both will send the cards within 5-7 business days (Accountnow a little sooner) and you can withdraw from both!

Yep, you can use a prepaid card with Paypal like you want. You just connect it to your Paypal account as you would a checking account. I've provided a link with detailed instructions below on how you do that. I've got a good prepaid card that let's you do pretty much everything you can do with a checking account. It's a Readydebit Visa card. The fees are pretty much the lowest around. No purchase transaction fees, no overdrafts fees, no dormancy fees, low monthly fee, etc...

One other thing, the Accountnow card mentioned in another answer does cost money to get it (as all prepaid cards do). They had some bad info in the answer for you.
