we are not getting a divorced.It came up in a bebate

It depends on if you are a community property state. If so yes, if not know. You need to find this out for that part of the answer. However as her executor if she dies you would be responsible for paying any outstanding bills upon her demise.

Nope. But it might show up on your credit report but should not affect your score.

you wouldn't be accountable for her debt if you had nothing to do with the card. BUT if you're on there as an authorized user you would be responsible for part of the debt.
