? Cut up all your credit cards... not just one or two... this is an addiction [[like gambeling, drugs, alcohol, etc]]. Maybe seek a therapist who can help you overcome this addiction.

First, your parent's should cut you off from their credit cards. Second, start paying for it yourself. That will make you think harder about it before you spend any money.

Freeze your cards in a block of unclear liquid (so you can't read the numbers off the card assuming you don't have them memorized). When you get compulsive you'll want to cut up the block of ice or unfreeze it, this should hopefully give you time to think rationally about your purchase. It'll work better if you find yourself hacking at a block of ice just to get a credit card number.

It's called self-discipline and is something that every successful human eventually learns, sometimes the hard way.

You can either be a victim of your own poor choices, or you can take charge of yourself and your behavior. Your choice.

It's an addiction, like drinking, drugs, overeating, etc... If you have an addictive personality, you are prone to these types of problems. If you can't control it yourself (and many people can't), then you need therapy to learn how.
