But if the Judge orders it - you better believe it could.

Only if they know about it. I am assuming that you are talking about the preloaded cards you buy from the grocery store or currency exchange place. Usually these do not have your name, etc attached to the number. BUT if you bought the card with another card or a debit card, then the card in question would be traceable.
