I'm wanting to rent a place, but I have bad credit?
I'm trying to get back on my feet. What do renters look for, and how would I be able to go about it while having bad credit?

Look for individually-owned properties, not the mega-complex locations. An individual owner is not as apt to be score-driven but rather will look to capacity and history on rental payments.
