Looking into home loan, cosigner collecting ssi and we have bad credit.?
Is this possible in todays market? My wife and I both work but have bad credit due to poor choices in college. We are looking for a home loan 0 down. We have $7k in cash and are first time home buyers. We live in Maine. Our cosigner collects ssi and has good credit.
Right now is a difficult time to buy with 0 down, in fact, it might not be possible in today's home market. But, try this website for some helpful information and also info. about bad credit loans.
