...have bad credit? my credit score isn't high enough to use prosper, but it says you can have family/friends vouch for you. Has anyone on here tried it that way? Do they actually contact them people(I'm sure so). Also, why do they need checking account numbers & do they take any fees?

Work an extra job, save the cash and pay cash for everything. The borrower becomes a slave to the lender.
