a cpl of years ago my mom messed my credit up now i need a student loan and cant get one bc of my credit history does any one know of any that might help?

What you are talking about is identity theft. This is a Felony and can bring some really harsh responses from the police.

First you will need to file a police report and then send copies to all three credit bureaus.

My Wife went through this a couple of years ago with her Son and this was the only way we got her credit cleared.

prove the debt is hers and send the information to the credit
bureaus and have them list it on her credit reports.
